What you enter
The website asks only for an account label and broker server. You enter the MT5 login and investor/read-only password on MetaApi’s protected configuration page—not on FMC.
What is rejected
If the provider does not explicitly confirm that trading is disabled, FMC rejects the connection and attempts to remove the provider account.
What is imported
Account information, open positions, and historical deals may be imported for review. FMC provides no trade-execution endpoint.
Your responsibility
Check that you selected the investor password. Never provide a master password. You remain responsible for your broker account, security, and independent decisions.
Disconnect and delete
The member dashboard allows you to disconnect the provider, export records, and permanently delete imported MT5 data.
